Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.

However, to claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • The video must be recorded while opening the parcel

  • The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible in the video

  • The issue/damage must be clearly shown

Without a proper unboxing video proof, refund or replacement requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The parcel is leaked or defective

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video proof provided

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product already used excessively

  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

  • Incorrect usage of the product

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Replacement orders may be shipped depending on availability

  • Refund method will be discussed with the customer directly

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
